Spot the Pattern

A nice, intermediate set with a satisfying pattern (if I do say so myself...). It’s a lot of freestyle, which is perfect for a casual swimmer who has 45mins or so to jump in and get wet. Make sure you go fast on the last one!

The 100s...

A very simple set that idolises the 100m distance. If it’s too hard, add a 50 easy at the end of each round, or if you’re in a rush, turn 3 sets into 2. But, if you’re slightly crazy, who’s gonna know if you swim 4 or 5?

400s

400s, you either love them or you hate them. I hate them. Good luck with this, and as always you are welcome to add more sets!
